We rely on 100% in-house AAMA-certified master installers—zero subcontractors. This guarantees you strict compliance with the District’s prevailing wage requirements.

Interior Aluminum Storefronts
Furnishing and installing clear anodized interior storefront framing and four (4) aluminum glass door leaves (Marks 1602A, 1602C, 1604C). This includes the integration of the specified Schlage ND Series locksets and LCN closers.

Scope Exclusions
We are expressly EXCLUDING the motorized vertical stacking door (Mark 1604E), and the flush wood doors (Marks 1602B, 1602D, 1604B).
